Steak Bites With Garlic Butter


Cajun Seasoned Steak Bites in a Butter Garlic Sauce so quick and easy you'll make it all the time!


  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 pound steak (flank, striploin, ribeye, etc.), cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced


Heat the oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat, add the steak, seasoned with Cajun seasoning, and cook over medium-high heat until lightly browned on all sides, about 10 minutes .

Add cooked garlic until fragrant, about one minute.

Option: Remove the steak from the pan and add a vegetable like asparagus or green beans, add the butter and garlic sauce and quickly sear to serve alongside bites!
