Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound of shrimp
- 1 small package of spaghetti (also good with white rice)
- 1 and 1/2 cup of cream
- 1/2 onion cut into slices
- 3 filleted garlic
- 1 large tomato cut into slices and then in half
- 1/4 cup of white wine
- pinch of pepper
- ·Salt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- · Mushrooms to taste, filleted.
Process:
- Heat the oil in a Teflon pan, add the garlic and when they start to brown, add the shrimp, clean, peeled and without veins.
- Just turn pink, take them out of the pan and set aside.
- In that same oil, add the onion, crystallize and add the tomato.
- When everything is well parboiled, add the mushrooms, continue cooking for about two minutes.
- Add the cream, wine, salt and a pinch of pepper.
- As soon as it starts to boil, add the shrimp back.
- Serve immediately on top of spaghetti or steamed rice
