Pasta With Shrimp and Mushrooms


  • 1/2 pound of shrimp
  • 1 small package of spaghetti (also good with white rice)
  • 1 and 1/2 cup of cream
  • 1/2 onion cut into slices
  • 3 filleted garlic
  • 1 large tomato cut into slices and then in half
  • 1/4 cup of white wine
  • pinch of pepper
  • ·Salt
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • · Mushrooms to taste, filleted.


  1. Heat the oil in a Teflon pan, add the garlic and when they start to brown, add the shrimp, clean, peeled and without veins.
  1. Just turn pink, take them out of the pan and set aside.
  1. In that same oil, add the onion, crystallize and add the tomato.
  1. When everything is well parboiled, add the mushrooms, continue cooking for about two minutes.
  1. Add the cream, wine, salt and a pinch of pepper.
  1. As soon as it starts to boil, add the shrimp back.
  1. Serve immediately on top of spaghetti or steamed rice
